Attendees of the event can participate in exiting online sport activities at the 2020 FISU World Forum. Organisers plan to put Fifa 20 and a digital chess championship on stage at FISU’s first online Forum. 

Fourteen days before the kick-off of the FISU World Forum, which will be held online between 12^th and 14^th August due to the pandemic, the Organising Committee (OC) settled a couple of important issues. It was revealed that IOC President Thomas Bach will also give a speech at the opening ceremony.

Lajos Mocsai, the rector of the Hungarian University of Physical Education (UPE) is aware that organising the 2020 FISU World Forum in a digital form is a challenge but the proper technical background is provided to ensure it will go smoothly. As already reported, due to the pandemic, the 2020 FISU World Forum will be held in a digital form in Budapest between 12^th and 14^th August.
